Job purpose:

To provide local academic leadership, initiate on the continuous development of internal and external training, operation and quality assurance of Raffles University System’s degree programs and other third party universities (at that local site), engaged with community and industry partners to improve educational infrastructures, and act as the chief academic liaising between the designated REC education unit and Raffles University Systems.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Local quality assessment of the academic programs and operations.
- Monitoring of all students admitted to the program in accordance with Raffles University Systems (RUS) General Regulations.
- Supervising enrolment and registration processes.
- Multi-disciplinary skills in course design, financial planning and people management.
- Resolve in strategic solutions with a tactical approach to assist in promotion and delivery of the company’s programs.
- Ensuring that all marketing and publicity material for the program is forwarded to RUS for approval.
- Liaising with the RUS Assistant Registrar.
- Ensuring that all the changes made to the content, delivery or assessment of any modules by RUS is implemented in full.
- Maintain quality assurance over the academic program.
- Coordinating course development resources and projects.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Minimum Master Degree, yet Doctorate degree is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' teaching experience and preferably 2 to 3 years as a Dean/ Academic Director/ Program Director in multi-cultural setup.
- Experience in leading faculty and adapting to a multi-cultural setting with strong interpersonal skills, ability to handle international staff and students.
- Willing to relocate to our Asia campuses.
