Multiven is looking for experienced Account Managers/Sales Associates for inside B2B sales out of our North American Headquarters in Redwood City, CA.

Job Description

* Territory - medium to large enterprises in North America
* Identifies, develops and procures new Multiven services sales.
* Manages partner relationship, development and enablement within territory.
* Prepares service responses to RFPs and new service bids and proposals.
* Coordinates and participates in end-customer sales calls to drive opportunities to closure.
* Meets and/or exceeds predetermined sales goals and quotas.
* Conducts regular account reviews.
* Works with the service delivery team to enhance current offerings and develop new ones as appropriate.
* Drives the sales of new services and act as the customer's advocate within Multiven.
* Weekly monitoring and reporting of sales and business development pipeline.

Skills Required

* Must demonstrate abilities with operations start-up, expansion, strategic planning, customer relations and retention, contract development and negotiation.
* Must be a team player in lead, peer and follower situations.
* Must have practical experience in managing by influence.
* Must be able to successfully navigate gate-keepers to reach decision-makers.
* Must have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills using Microsoft office tools.
* Must have strong internet research skills using search engines, research databases, etc.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills are essential.
* Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to travel frequently.
* Ability and experience working in a very fast paced environment with a positive "can do" attitude is a bonus.
* General understanding of legal contracts is needed.
* Direct successful experience with selling in large deals is a big plus.

Recommended Educational Background

* Bachelor of Science or Arts or equivalent and 2-5 plus years of proven successful sales experience exceeding targeted objectives.
