Overview:

Founded in 2009, BigTree Solutions is a young, fast growing startup with an innovative online ordering and delivery management web application designed for the restaurant industry.

Our clients – restaurants, restaurant delivery services, and menu guides/directories – use our web application, RDS Logic, to add a stand alone, powerful, private label online ordering capability to their new or existing web presence.

We are looking for top notch Sales Managers to join our growing inside sales team to sell our highly praised product to our primary customers. This position will be responsible for prospecting, calling warm leads and finding and closing new business. You will evaluate potential customer needs and demonstrate product via the web to qualified prospects, then manage your own leads and prospect relationships from initial contact to closure.

Responsibilities:
* Drive sales through heavy cold call volume
* Close deals quickly and professionally
* Move clients from free demo to paying subscription client
* Build and maintain long term relationships with customers ensuring continued subscription base
* Handle basic technical questions from potential clients related to online products

Requirements:
* College graduate, optimally with some sales experience
* Hunter / Closer and very comfortable with volume cold calling
* Consultative sales style
* Motivated to make $ through performance-based pay
* Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit. Self starter, motivated, detail oriented.
* Excellent phone presence, high degree of professional acumen
* High ethical values in all business dealings
* Exceptional written skills
* Great fun loving, positive attitude – we joke around quite a bit…
