
RSOH's Associate Project Manager and Assistant to the Founder will work closely with the RSOH Founder and the retained outside strategy firm. This is a part-time role for which we envision a 20-hour/week time commitment, though we expect the time requirements to fluctuate.
Responsibilities
The Associate Project Manager and Assistant to the Founder role will evolve and grow with the organization
and the individual’s background and interests. Near-term responsibilities will be to:
• Coordinate and manage special projects including but not limited to PR, web-video, social-media content creation, etc.
• Own and self-manage end-to-end strategic and operational projects for the Founder.
• Founder-specified research projects that include areas such as fundraising, research, policy and marketing.
• Handle a variety of administrative tasks for the growing organization.
