I have entered Mass challenge for one reason. To find the people and skills I will need to get funding,and to operate a corporation.I am looking for an MBA to write a business plan and act as CEO of Wheel Watcher Inc.I will also need a CFO to make the financial part of the plan, and act as officer of company.There is a little further developing to reach the final (installed version).I have 3 prototypes that are 2nd generation types.I 'm looking for an electrical engineer with some automotive back ground and familiar with GPS and wireless signals.As you read this someone is in a crash, because of texting and driving.I have a patent (pending),Trade Mark,Prototypes that work well, and a Corporation that has 4 million shares of stock.I can only make an equity deal, but I don't think it would take long to seek funding.I have the support of a great Law Firm, Foley Hoag.I have been at this for over 3 years by myself.Now I need Help.
