Commercial Real Estate Project Manager $100K - San Francisco
A Project Manager is needed for a Commercial Real Estate company in San Francisco. Duties: project management of tenant improvements as required by the asset management and development divisions, facilitate the planning and construction for the remodeling and tenant improvements of the existing corporate portfolio, liaison between the company and tenants during the construction of tenant improvements, coordination of Architecture and Engineering for tenant improvement and other capitol projects, manage and coordinate the preparation of budgets, schedules, contracts and other documents required for the implementation of improvement work, provide implementation of lease requirements as related to construction of Tenant and Landlord required improvements, provide estimating and analytical support for the asset managers and provide over sight of tenant improvements constructed by tenants outside of the company’s control. Qualifications: must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project.
