
Construction Contract Administrator/Project Engineer $60K
Our client Real Estate Company seeking to hire a Contract Administrator/Project Coordinator. Candidate will prepare construction contracts, change orders, professional service agreements and other related contract documents as required by Project Managers. Coordinate the processing of contracts with vendors, including the follow up and communications regarding the timely execution and return of all contracts. Coordinate and process the routing of all contract documents through the company's system, (i.e., job cost and signature authorities, to ensure the proper and timely execution of same). Coordinate and process insurance certificates with vendors and company staff as required by contract documents and Company’s corporate policies. Generate and maintain reports regarding status of above. Assist Project Managers with preparation and maintenance of project budgets. Perform light project management as assigned. Must be proficient in Word, Excel & Outlook. Other duties as assigned.
