We are looking for an entrepreneurial consulting professional who would like to build a career in the rapidly-emerging field of eco-efficiency and sustainable industrial growth.

Our primary filter is to look for someone who can be part of our management team and shares our outlook of building a long term business vs short term $$s.

Role:
This person will be in the founding team of cKinetics’ Eco-Efficiency practice. The role envisages the following activities:
* End-to-end delivery responsibility for engagements identified.
* Undertake relevant field work for various projects and provide on ground operational support to cKinetics’ partners and clients, while coordinating with other team members in India & USA
* Building on relationships with potential and existing clients and be responsible for the business development in the assigned areas

About you:

* You are a proactive and independent person who has a demonstrated passion as relates to climate change and carbon abatement.

You must:
* Have consulting experience, specifically operational consulting, with a focus on operational efficiency management, process mapping and new product development
* Ability to work ‘hands-on’ and multi-task in an energetic start-up environment
* Demonstrated ability to be an individual contributor as also work in teams.
* Understanding of the sustainability issues including the emerging areas of GHG (Green House Gas) emission control and climate change adaptation measures
* Excellent communication skills
* Strategic thinking abilities for business development

It would be nice if you had:
* An understanding of the Corporate lifecycle assessments and ability to apply the knowledge to different vertical domains
* Familiarity with the following:
1. Corporate carbon footprint and emission accounting methodologies
2. GHG & GRI Measurement Protocols
3. Understanding of Water footprint/ effluents issues in Industrial setting
