Bootstrap startup--Looking for creative UI Designer

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in designing user facing applications
eCommerce experience and background designing authoring tools (preferred)
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and other Web technologies
Proficient knowledge of Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, and Visio
Tutorial creation with tools such as Flash and experience with JavaScript is preferred
The ability to quickly turn around detailed wireframes, mockups, or visual comps in an iterative environment
Proficiency with Web standards and accessibility compliance
Strong visual portfolio with demonstrated examples of designing an application experience
The ability to handle ambiguity and multi-task in an Agile environment
Strong interest in a user's everyday needs and seller advocacy
Teamwork and collaboration-oriented
Great attitude and the ability to handle change
Experience assisting user research or usability studies is a plus
