Hours: Must be flexible to work with open availability from 8am-9pm Mon- Fri with occasional weekends.
This opportunity is a contract which involves a very well known corporate entity in the Columbus area. The Project Customer Service Specialists are required to use both good customer service skills and effective communication when making outbound calls. They will be responsible for conducting follow up calls, providing customer support, and inputting data into an excel spreadsheet.
Must Haves:
• Basic intermediate Excel, word, outlook Skills.
• Detail- oriented
• flexible team oriented
• Can do it attitude

Must pass a background check, FBI fingerprinting & Drug test
