You should...
Have several years of experience in game development and game deployment
Be able to turn concepts into games and deploy them to multiple platforms/devices
Have strong references
Thrive in a creative environment
A can do attitude
Live in Austin or be prepared to live in Austin
Start-up experience (not required but a big plus)
Formal education (BS/MS) or anything to show you have the chops to build awesome games
