Primary Job Responsibilities:
Online Marketing Director is responsible for helping the Marketing Team drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through SEM (paid search), SEO, Affiliate Marketing, and Email. Will design and execute campaign to facilitate customer acquisition.

Responsibilities include:
- Lead comprehensive on- and off-site SEO strategy including Content Optimization, Link Building and Affiliate/Social media outreach
- Execution of customer acquisition and revenue strategy using Organic and Paid Search, Email and Affiliate relationships
- Reporting and analyzing acquisition metrics and profitability
- Reporting and results analysis of landing page and other creative testing
- Executing the email contact strategy for remarketing/reactivation of database prospects
Identifying and pursuing new marketing opportunities

Job Requirements:
The right candidate should have experience managing to metrics and executing online marketing campaigns to achieve branding and performance targets. Creative, curious and always looking to new ways to engage our customers. Must keep pace in a fast moving start-up environment. Comfortable wearing many marketing hats including copy-writing, online promotions, social media outreach etc.

- 3+ years of software or Internet company experience in a consumer acquisition role.
- Strong SEO/SEM experience. Comfortable making on-site updates to meet SEO best practices. Significantly increase organic traffic through execution of traditional SEO techniques as well as pursuing innovative approaches through Social Media.
- Experience working/implementing tracking pixels, trafficking URLs and launching multi-channel campaigns include paid search, email and affiliate marketing.
- Strong business background, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic; Web-savvy and entrepreneurial; - Experience in direct response or continuity marketing a plus
- CS degree or former coding experience a plus
BA/BS. MBA a plus.
