What is it like to work at Friendfactor?
Great things start small! Friendfactor is a quintessential bootstrapping start-up with big dreams and a powerful strategy that has the nod of major tech leaders. We are driven by passion for LGBT equality and an unwavering belief in the power of personal relationships to catalyze change. We will be working very hard - full steam ahead - to launch our organizing platform by this fall so that we can partner with targeted state-wide campaigns and ballot initiatives to help change laws.
As an entrepreneurial start-up we pay ourselves modestly. Our primary motivation is the potential to impact millions of peoples’ lives. However, we endeavor to pay commensurate with experience and we do provide health and dental insurance. Once we’ve achieved key milestones other benefits may be offered.
It is our policy to ensure that all individuals with whom we are in contact are treated equally without regard to age, color, disability, gender, marital status, national origin, religion, sexual orientation (actual or perceived), gender identity (actual or perceived), or veteran’s status.
