I am looking for the right web developer to carry out my vision. The right person is willing and able to work closely with myself (phone) during the process of design and functionality of the site.

The site is a web 2.0 professional directory (like dentists.com, doctors.com, etc). "Professionals" being linked to consumers...the home page will be content based for the user, the professionals will build a personal profile page with various field types, recommendations, ability to upload documents, etc.

If things work out, it could be an on-going role beyond the initial build.

I do not have any web development background, but do have a history in affiliate marketing...I know what I want and will need to be heavily involved in the initial development so that its developed according to plan.
