3) Familiarity with Saas-based solutions
4) Cloud infrastructure (EC2, Google App Engine, etc.)
5) Database experience (Postgresql, MySQL, SQL Server, etc.)
6) ORM mapping (JPA, Hibernate, etc.)
7) User Interface design (HTML, JQuery, JSF, Javascript, etc.)
