We are looking to hire Engineers/ Developers for our Software Testing group. The successful candidates will join an existing team of skilled developers who possess both a diverse combination of technical competencies and the ambition to develop new skills to overcome any/all challenges. The group works closely with Benchmark’s various R&D and Software Engineering groups (and together as a team) to troubleshoot all aspects of the analytics engines, the model libraries and the system architecture, which are being developed organically from the ground up.

Ideal candidates have at least a B.A. or B.S. degree with specialization in computer science or engineering. Advanced level degrees are preferred. The core competencies that we are looking for include: Excellent analytical, trouble-shooting and communication skills to apply to the interpretation and verification of product specifications and models. Proven success working at detailed, conceptual, and system levels is required.

Working knowledge of the following programming languages is desirable: C++, PERL, Shell scripting, Java. Experience with the following operating systems is required: Linux, Windows. Familiarity with test environment set-up is a plus, as well as designing tests for performance and load testing.
