The Bedford Post Inn is looking for hospitality super-stars with full service, fine-dining experience in Westchester New York to compliment our outstanding management team. Minimum 5 years experience in restaurant management. Knowledge of wines, spirits, inventory, payroll, human resources is necessary.
Requirements:
• 5 + years of restaurant management experience in fine dine or upscale casual full service
• Knowledge of good food, wines and spirits
• Experience with beverage cost and inventory management a must.
• Stellar guest service skills and ability to reinforce high service standards
• Business knowledge - P&L responsibility
• Excellent appearance and verbal skills
• Familiarity with POS systems- understands good systems and controls•
