* Design and deliver innovative solutions to provide high quality, bandwidth efficient video delivery
* Expand Ooyala's product offering in the areas of content management, monetization, and syndication
* Create user-interaction models that deliver an engaging video viewing experience
* Expose cutting-edge Machine Learning and Computer Vision algorithms via elegant user interfaces
Requirements
* Passion for building products used by millions worldwide
* BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or equivalent from top tier school
* 2+ years of software development experience
* Excellent programming skills -- experience with ActionScript, Javascript, Java, C++ or Ruby a plus
* Experience with large scale consumer facing products, distributed systems a plus
* Strong analytical and communication skills
