Home Care Assistance of Greater Chicago is looking for an energetic, talented entrepreneurial candidate to join our team as General Manager. We are a young, rapidly growing firm that has the exclusive Home Care Assistance franchise for the entire Chicago metropolitan area. Our first office is in the North Suburbs. We expect to grow this business and rapidly expand our presence throughout the Chicago market. The General Manager is responsible for consultation on and successful implementation of the Company's strategic plan and operation of the Company on a day-to-day basis. Marketing, sales, operations and management experience desired. Senior care industry knowledge and entrepreneurial experiences are important. Compensation is principally equity-based and linked to company's performance.
