Party Earth is redesigning its entire web and digital presence and is looking for a Graphic/Web Designer to be the creative visionary for PartyEarth.com, Party Earth mobile applications, as well as other online and print materials.

Responsibilities
Party Earth has a steady stream of design needs that include web design, mobile application design, marketing products, print materials, and more. The design elements will support the rapid growth of the company as we expand our media and content to every major city across the globe.

The Graphic/Web Designer’s responsibilities may include the following:
• Understand the Party Earth user demographic and create designs that appeal to the different types of users and personalities
• Design the overall themes, color scheme, and design elements of all screens and pages of PartyEarth.com
• Design and create screens and design elements for Party Earth mobile applications
• Design and create sales and marketing materials
• Conceptualize and design elements for Facebook, Twitter, and other social networking sites
• Drive key design decisions

Qualifications:
• 4+ years experience in online and print media as a graphic designer, web/interactive designer, or other design position, ideally in the media and entertainment industry
• Experience designing user-centric web products including:
o Content-focused websites (written, photo, video, and user-generated content)
o User communities/Social networks
o Mobile sites and mobile applications
o Marketing and advertising components
o E-commerce/store/shopping cart
• Experience creating sales and marketing materials in online and print media
• Ability to assess an audience/user demographic and design specifically for that audience
• Extensive knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, Acrobat, CorelDraw and/or other design programs
• HTML and CSS skills a plus
• Knowledge of the latest design trends in web, mobile, and print media
• Creative mind

• Enthusiasm for travel and social activities
• BA/BS in Graphic Design or Design-related Major
