Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional lead designer with the ability to build a great user experience, online. The ideal candidate will have a passion for making the complicated easy, and get excited about empowering Small & Medium-sized Businesses. If you are a rockstar Web 2.0-versed designer with wire frame and visual design skills, then we have the opportunity for you to revolutionize an industry.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years experience designing applications/systems
• A phenomenal portfolio that demonstrates that less is more
• Effective communicator, and highly organized
• A strong understanding of web standards and best practices, along with gotchas
• Experience working with product managers and developers on collaborative solutions to UI problems
• Experience with data design beyond textual and photographic content
• Develop sketches, concept visualizations, storyboards, mock-ups, prototypes, specifications, and ultimately workflows for flawless user interfaces
• Develop visual design for user interfaces
• Knowledge of trends, usability, user interaction, web page ergonomics, W3C compliance or similar standards
• Assist marketing and product management to develop marketing deliverables and drive brand direction.
• Experienced with Agile Methodologies and SCRUM reviews (formal training or on-the-job exposure)
• BS/BFA any discipline

Bonus
• Experience with A/B and multi-variant testing methods
• Knowledge of the SMB space
• Dreamweaver, PHP, Flex, Flash, some hands-on coding experience or background

This client is searching for A+ Web 2.0 visual design skills, someone more senior with a heavy background in public-facing system development on the web and have spent time at companies with systems/web sites handling lots of visitors and money and large-scale web exp. Web 2.0, usability, client interaction, website analysis, W3C compliance (or similar)…
