We are seeking junior designer/production artist to join the creative team.

We are looking for a sharp, energetic, and detail-oriented designer/production artists with a strong passion for interactive media to join us in creating compelling online experiences. You should have a good appreciation for the challenges and opportunities in interactive design, and be up-to-date on current trends and technologies.



Applicant would:

- Be responsible for the design and production of projects for any and all of the agency’s clients. Projects will include design for web (Interface design, flash, banners, games) and Print (ads, collateral, and Powerpoint). Candidate would also be responsible for the accurate release of final photoshop files to programmers and/or clients by the agreed deadline.

- Work with Creative Director and Lead Designer to enhance and apply templated designs to additional materials including sub web pages, collateral and powerpoint. Candidate will also work with Account Managers and Copywriters to apply client changes and copy edits to production files.

- Ensure rounds and versions are accurate and error free and remain up-to-date on the latest client design requirements, style guides, and dynamic content requirements.

Candidates should be proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Must be familiar with web design principles such as user experience, usability and accessibility. Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.

MUST be creative, detail-oriented, well-organized, self-starter and have the ability to succeed in a high-paced deadline-driven environment. A BA/BS in Graphic Arts and Web Design is preferred. Candidates should have 1-2 years experience in design (including internships and freelance).
