Requirements:

Strong fundamental in OOP, design patterns, algorithms, and data structures
Strong understanding of Web fundamentals, HTML/CSS/Javascript, and LAMP/PHP stack
7+ years experience building high-traffic web applications
2-3 years of Java or C++ programming
Demonstrated ability to lead teams of 5+ people
Understand development/release/maintenance cycles
BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
