Right Side Locating is taking a new direction witch is in the the field work of Sub-Surface engineering. What I am looking for is a certified and liscened Principal Engineer. What we do is locate all underground utilities, pothole, then bring in the Professional Land Surveyors to Gis and map out all utilities in the right of way of what ever project we are on. We need a P.E to be able to review and sign off the documentation of approval.
