Principal
We’re growing over here at High Start Group and we’re looking for an outstanding Principal with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team. As an HSG team member, you will have the opportunity to help multiple companies make history by getting them from idea to impact!

As a Principal, you’ll be in the trenches with our clients, working side-by-side executive teams and founders to find solutions to challenging and pressing product management and marketing problems. You will work with our client teams to develop marketing strategy for all phases of the product launch cycle.

What you can expect in this role:
• Work side-by-side with client executive teams to implement entire product management life-cycle; from initial idea conception to product launch and beyond.
• Write! You’ll be building product roadmaps, and making sure everything is documented for our clients’ continued success.
• Analyze! Conduct competitive analysis/market research/focus groups/interviews, etc.
• Wear lots of hats. Be ready for this.

What you need to have to be successful in this role:
• Bachelors Degree. MBA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a consulting or product management role; business-to- consumer or SMB experience desirable.
• At least 1 year of client-interfacing experience working side-by-side management teams.
• Experience in multiple environments from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies is a huge plus.
• You must like to learn about people – and be a good listener for this senior role. You’re implementing people’s dreams!
