Home Care Assistance of Greater Chicago is looking for an energetic, talented and professional candidate to join our team as Sales & Marketing Manager - Referral and Networking Sources. We are a young, rapidly growing firm that has the exclusive Home Care Assistance franchise for the entire Chicago metropolitan area. Our first office is in the North Suburbs. We expect to grow this business and rapidly expand our presence throughout the Chicago market. The Sales & Marketing Manager - Referral and Networking Sources is responsible for successfully implementing a sales program to our targeted group of client referral sources such as Hospitals, Rehab centers, Geriatric Case Managers and trusted personal advisors (e.g., Doctors, financial planners, trust officers, tax advisors and asset managers). The position reports to the firm's General Manager. At least five years of sales experience is required. Senior care industry knowledge and existing contacts in the target market are important. Compensation is principally commission-based.
