The business model represents an on-line community comprised of global un-served
charitable organizations. Un-served is indicative of underfunded, understaffed, and dedicated to a specific cause. myNPN will be a membership based site through which organizations utilize proprietary programs. Developed by our co-founder whom has over 30 years experience in this sector, an organization's utilization of these programs will ultimately ensure their fiscal and organizational soundness.
An individual/web developer will have the opportunity to build the complete Beta site based on Word format slides which are already completed. We also have a module which includes implementing testing, assessment, training and certification measures. We have the questions, they just need to be implemented on the site for easy access, assessment and print out a subsequent certification certificate. The Beta site will be reviewed by the principals of the firm for functionality and useability features to ensure their 5+ years of work is accurately reflected and understood. A few Prospective clients will also be enabled to use the site as if they were a member.
Inclusive on the site include self-authored, "how-to" manuals, interactive communication strategies, an affinity program, a vitae bank, a job resource center, a directory of consultants, a directory of purveyors, a marketplace as well as the cornerstone of myNPN, "TATC", testing, assessment, training and certification module.
The offer is to build the Beta web site for the purpose of attracting investors. In lieu of direct compensation, an equity portion of the company will be allocated to you. We can not attract investors without a Beta site. We do not mind doing this because after all, a good idea is only a good idea only if it becomes something. The equity portion will be alloted after funding is obtained. If funding is not obtained, we would like the "live" site built so we can start generating revenue and subsequently give an even larger equity portion of the company due to a person's dedication to myNPN.
