
Senior Asset Manager $90K - $100K plus
Managing a portfolio of distressed commercial real estate assets (non-performing loans and foreclosed (REO) across all property types including office, industrial, retail, multi-family and hospitality. Developing recommended and executed loan workout and asset disposition strategies including loan modifications and troubled debt restructuring (TDR), note sales, short-pays and REO sales. Perform complete cash flow analysis including property valuation. Perform analysis on various types of financial statements and reports, cash flow position and borrower/guarantor’s financial soundness. Recommend loan classification, attend all internal asset review meetings, handle complex credits, and maintain compliance with Bank’s policies and procedures, participate in various projects as needed and direct and coordinate the activities of staff support employees.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in busi¬ness administration, finance, real estate or related fields with a strong record of academic achievement, MBA preferred, 3-5 years experience with commer¬cial loan workouts and commercial real estate lending experience helpful, excellent inter¬personal, organizational and project management skills. Strong negotiating and analytical skills and must have thor¬ough knowledge of real estate project finance, account¬ing, bankruptcy law, and commercial law dealing with real estate projects. Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team and proficiency in modeling investments in both Argus and Excel preferred.
