We are seeking an entrepreneurial, hands-on Senior Product Manager who can deliver projects that continue to drive our growth. This position is primarily inbound and works closely with Engineering, QA, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze user needs, the market, and the competition in order to define and prioritize new features.
• Write PRDs, use cases and other specifications translated from user and business needs that clearly and succinctly communicate requirements to the team.
• Lead a cross-functional team to develop user-driven features and launch products on time.
• Define and manage beta programs.
• Track, verify, and actively drive product quality and performance.
• Serve as conduit for customer and partner input as well as competitive information.
• Work with Marketing to coordinate product launches.

Skills
Required:
• At least 5 years of product management experience, ideally with a consumer Internet company.
• Direct experience leading consumer-facing product development projects.
• Desire to be in a fast-paced, matrix-oriented startup.
• Strong project management, organizational and communication skills.
• Web-savvy. Understands Internet technologies.
• Successful management of several product launches from beginning to end.
• Attentive to detail and absolutely thorough when it comes to researching and specifying features.
• BA/BS, ideally in a technical field.

Desirable:
• Prior experience with product-related sites and social sites.
• Familiarity with Web 2.0 features and functionality.
• Familiarity with scrum or other agile software development processes.
