As a software engineer at MoVoxx you will be responsible for the design, development and deployment of MoVoxx’s core mobile advertising products and technologies that serve the needs of mobile advertisers, publishers and partners.

MoVoxx's work environment is fast-paced and cross-functional. You will work closely with product management, business development, and sales to define and realize the future of mobile advertising.

The hire is for a newly-opened office in Santa Monica, CA.

Technical Qualifications
• High raw IQ
• Highly proficient in Java/JEE + Spring
• Highly proficient in Ruby on Rails
• Proficient in front-end dynamic web development (HTML/JavaScript)
• Experience developing robust, highly-available web systems
• Experience with ad serving and/or targeting systems desired
• Experience with infrastructure and deployment of n-tier web applications on Linux/UNIX platforms
• MySQL administration + tuning experience desired
• Knowledge of mobile technologies and industry desired
• Demonstrated ability to pick up new languages and systems quickly
• 3+ years experience as a Software Engineer
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related engineering discipline (MS / PhD always a plus)
