We're building a real-time web analytics service focused on tracking events and conversion rates. We have funding and we are making money.

Last month we handled more than 1 billion requests.

What we're looking for:

We need someone who can help us build a strong engineering culture. As one of our first hires you will have a huge impact on the product and the company itself.

You will have total ownership of pieces of product you ship to our production environment. You will often write these features front to back, from html and heavy duty javascript to python and MySQL queries.

Qualifications
- Python or an equivalent language (e.g. Ruby, PHP, Java, etc.).
- Proper experience with a UNIX environment
- Experience with version control (git is a plus)
- Significant experience with Javascript. Understanding of OO concepts is a major plus.
- Experience with MySQL
- Understanding of distributed systems is a plus
- You should be flexible to try new technology and actively learn things on your own.
- You should be willing to make this startup the main focus of your life

We don't care what degree you have, only what you've done and are capable of.
