Incentive Targeting is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Software Engineer who is driven to solve difficult problems using the latest web technologies, data storage solutions and cloud services. The new hire will work on all aspects of the company's revolutionary, web-based, shopper analysis and offer management application. Team members are expected to wear multiple hats and be willing to work with all of the technologies that are used to implement the application.

A qualified candidate must have a strong understanding of object-oriented software development concepts. We are looking for engineers that are passionate about software development, pride themselves on implementing maintainable code, work well in a team environment and want to push web and data storage technologies to achieve unprecedented interactivity, performance, and usability. Experience in the following technologies is highly desired: Ruby on Rails, HTML/CSS, JavaScript/AJAX, SQL, MySQL, Adobe Flex, RSpec. In addition, experience processing and querying terabyte-sized data sets is a plus.
