This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to get involved at a formative stage of the company on an equity basis (full time or part ime). Person will need to have a strong background in various application and/or embedded software development including:

C++/Visual C++/MFC GUI development
C development

Linux and Windows server applications development

Web 2.0 Architecture, Windows SDK, IIS, Apache web servers, Database Management

Pluses:
Embedded Development

MS or B.S in CS/EE
