Job Description:

Accountable for the technical integrity of the project and Manage technical issue and decision resolution

-Prepares an efficient strategy for meeting development goals within the team. -Very strong programming background using C# for heavy traffic websites(MANDATORY)

-A minimum 4+ years of experience in .Net 1.1/2.0, ASP.Net, VB.NET, C#, assembly, DLL.

-Previous experience as a team lead is a must and must have web development Exp.

-Extensive experience using best practices such as Design Patterns & Microsoft Application Blocks

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -Experience developing project plans and reporting project status

-Expert Knowledge in .NET, ASP.Net, VB.Net, C# is a must

-Technical Decision Making skills -Object-Orientated analysis and design (MANDATORY)

- Web service design and experience (MANDATORY)

-Understanding of high-level application design (MANDATORY)

-Several years experience with 2.0 as a minimum (3.5 preferred)

-Experience/exposure to LINQ

-Experience or Exposure to LINQ-to-Objects, LINQ-to-SQL -Multi-threading (thread pools, background threads)

-WCF -WPF -ADO.NET -Should have used TFS

-Processes/Threads/Synchronisation objects -SQL Server 2005/2008
