• Testing and compounding for new product development that prevents discoloration. Project saved Grace 3 million dollars on potential material returns due to color defects.
• Compounding and testing of non- PVC closure and can sealants (water & solvent based). Resulted in successful commercial new product developments
• Compounding and testing to develop new oxygen scavenging chemistries; that resulted in new commercial products. Patent pending.
• Data analysis and reporting of test data for closure and can seal compounds
• Injection molding and mechanical property testing of non-PVC closure compounds
