Rentcycle is a combination of consumer facing websites and back-end tools for Rentcycle’s partner merchants who market their products through our channels. The quality of the interface and the user experience will greatly impact our customers’ satisfaction and our success. You should develop for the ease of use from a user perspective. Interfaces should be intuitive and not require training or studying a long user guide.

Rentcycle is the e-commerce platform for the rental industry and the place for consumers to discover, book and pay for rentals from local businesses. We facilitate the process of renting stuff: think jackhammers, limos, boats, bikes, skis -- all the things you use occasionally and don't need to own. Our goal is to make the process of renting online as easy as shopping online, which has won us several startup competitions, the attention of publications like TechCrunch, FastCompany and Entrepreneur Magazine, and direct advising by the Co-Founder of Netflix. Our product was just featured as one of the hottest technologies of 2011 by The American Rental Association and we have a clear path to grow the $85B rental industry.
