We're building a Product Management/Engineering team, led by a great engineer/development manager(s), that will take the lead in building an inspiring web-service helping people interested in wellness and longevity manage their health destinies. We are looking for a strong Lead Developer to own the development and architecture of this platform. Technically, we’d like to find someone to build the entire application from scratch. Beyond technical skills, we’re looking for people who love to build amazing, game-changing consumer applications and have a passion for health, wellness, and fitness.

Outside the technical aspects of the job, we’re looking for enthusiastic people who can come in, make our business vision theirs, and drive the company forward. Skills:

• Knowledge and experience with Ruby on Rails plus MySQL
• Strong skills with front-end scripting including: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, jQuery
• Solid understanding of social networking tools, services, and communities as well as the influence of the principles of sharing, influence and reward.
• Understands principles of Minimum Viable Product and Lean Startup
• Experience developing consumer web applications
• Experience building and managing full websites
• Experience or strong interest in lottery, points and rewards, and gaming applications
• Startup DNA in your system: passionate, self-motivated, and like to work hard but also have fun. Sense of humor please!
